If that repair fails during the season, we will complete the repair again absolutely free! All recommended work must be performed at the time of service of the system. Excludes minor repairs, consumable items such as filters, etc., adjusting and cleaning services.

Lifetime Guarantee on Heating & Air Conditioning Repairs: Repairs performed by our professional technicians are guaranteed for the life of the unit, provided the system is maintained on a Club Membership scheduled service program. Excludes consumable items such as filters, bulbs, etc., and cleaning services.

5 Year Warranty Parts & Labor on Plumbing and Electrical Repairs: Repairs performed by our professional technicians come with a 5-year warranty on parts and labor. Excludes consumable items such as light bulbs and customer-supplied materials.
